Known by his uniquely ambiguous pen name, The Poet has risen to fame over the last several years because of the explosive discovery of his emotion packed poetry. Over the past several years, he has been encouraged by friends to publish four new collections of poetry. In his most recent interview with Fumiko Magazine, he revealed that all of his collections stem from different turning points in his life.

His most famous was inspired by the woman he was engaged to some years ago. "She was my muse," he told our very own Ayaka Oseki. "She inspired me to be a whole new writer. In a way, after she gone, she inspired me even more. AT that point though, I was no longer the writer I was while she was around."

His next collection is set to be published in the next six months, although he would not reveal to our readers just what this collection s going to be centered

Author: Kobo Abe

Abe is one of the most prolific writers of the mid-20th century. His masterful blend of the art of prose and the scientific thought procces create some of the richest novels ever written. When reading his work, it is very clear that Abe is not only a student of great Japanese literature but Western literature as well.

He carries to macacbre aspects of Poe in a way that takes the reader past the point of despair. Other sytlistic influences include Kafka and Shelley.
